Information from May 6th 2020, valid from March 16th till 31st May 2020

As an education provider we need to take responsibility for our students and staff members. The health and safety of students and staff members is of highest priority and therefore, we are announcing the temporarily closure of our institutes in Germany from Tuesday, 17th March 2020 until further notice depending on the local authorities.

CURRENT INFORMATION (6th May 2020)

Dear students and partners,

unfortunately COVID-19 has become an essential part of our daily life – this virus has no borders and limits.

The German federal state governments are handing out instructions on a daily, sometimes hourly basis and we are all requested to follow those instructions, the risk of infection is high and needs to be eliminated. As an education provider we need to take responsibility for our students and staff members.

Therefore, we are announcing the temporarily closure of our institutes in Germany from Tuesday, 17th March 2020 until further notice and depending on the instructions by local authorities. This closure may be extended based on the governments requests and advises.

UPDATES 6TH MAY 2020

The situation regarding COVID-19 is still ongoing and the German Federal Government has extended the lockdown of public life and educational institutions till at least 31st May 2020. Individual decisions may also be made by the different federal states on which we will keep you updated here. More information about the government's declaration can be found here: Bundesregierung

In the event that schools re-open on 1st June 2020 (or later dates, depending on the federal states decission) new or returning students arriving from abroad may be required to self-isolate for minimum 2 weeks (14 days) and need to inform the local health authority about their arrival. Those students are not allowed to book homestay, but only student residence options for a discounted rate during this period of self-isolation. Please talk to our team in order to find the best solution for your arrival. Only after that period students will be allowed to change to other accommodation types and to on-site class. This is to ensure well-being of our students, staff and accommodation providers, but also a current governmental requirement until we know the quarantine requirement ends.

Our updated general terms and conditions are extended till 31st May 2020. We hope that the situation will be brought under control soon. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
